Blue Ribbon Global Technologies in Texas is seeking a Change Enablement professional to execute change enablement and communications for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) program, under the direction of the Change Enablement Lead.

You will translate approved strategies into action by engaging key stakeholders, participating in data product design sessions, documenting change impacts and delivering enablement artifacts.

Job description

Execute change enablement and communications activities for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) program, with direction from the Change Enablement Lead. Translate approved change and communication strategies into action by engaging key stakeholders, participating in data product design sessions, documenting change impacts and producing enablement deliverables. Success is measured by organizational readiness for change, adoption rates and trust sentiment metrics for released EDP Data Products.
