Job summary

WEKA seeks a Data Platform Administrator to own the operational run of the WEKA deployment for cloud tenants, ensuring day-to-day health, upgrades, and capacity management. You will tune storage layouts (POSIX, NFS, SMB, S3), quotas, tiering, and CI workloads, and collaborate with cloud providers, network teams, and customer operators to deliver reliable data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years administering enterprise infrastructure at scale with storage focus.
• Deep Linux administration in distributed environments (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Experience with high-speed networking: Ethernet/InfiniBand, RDMA.
• Experience operating GPU/HPC or large cloud infrastructure for external customers.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment operations for WEKA for cloud tenants.
• Monitor, upgrade, and manage capacity and configuration.
• Tune storage layout, tiering, snapshots, quotas per tenant.
• Collaborate with cloud providers and network teams to resolve issues.
• Create runbooks and automate repetitive tasks.
