Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Temporary Representative, Data Operations & Compliance for a remote‑first role with optional reporting to Herndon office. You will support customers, manage data files, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role blends customer service and data processing, requiring strong communication and data‑entry skills. Onboarding is short, with 6 months assignment and potential extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience entering and managing information in databases or web-based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable reviewing, auditing, reconciling, or identifying errors and inconsistencies in data.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Support customers using web applications and services.
• Help with file and data questions, including errors, warnings, inaccurate information, and submission schedules.
• Review and process data files to make sure information is accurate and meets data and compliance requirements.
• Answer questions by email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Document interactions and requests in Salesforce.
• Follow up on open questions and work with internal teams to find solutions.
• Partner with internal teams and leadership when additional support is needed.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other department activities.
• Provide feedback on training and learning programs.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers through clear and professional communication.
• Learn new processes, share ideas, and adapt as priorities change.
