Job summary

Reliance Matrix in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Implementation Electronic Interface Specialist to drive data transfer and migration efforts for large-case enrollments, partnering with internal IT and business units to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will support onboarding migrations from 100 to 100,000+ lives, track progress for senior leadership, and coordinate with clients, brokers, and vendors to resolve issues, while maintaining SOPs and quality controls in data handling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equitable years of experience).
2+ years of Leave of Absence experience in either claims management or data migration.
Strong problem solving skills (ability to identify, consult, create a game plan and solution when particular issues arise).
Strong project management skills – will need to work closely with other project managers, IT teams, Operations, and the Leave of Absence Resources.
Good time management and time sensitivity planning (deadlines for files are critical).
Strong communication skills and proactive communication skills.
Understanding of FMLA / State Leave Laws as well as other Employer Authorized Leave Laws.
Ability to speak confidently and persuasively in front of both Clients and Brokers.
Ability to adapt and change.
Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels.
Professional business demeanor and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial capacity with minimal supervision are required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in an autonomous manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to master applicable systems and processes.
Ability to manage process flows.

Responsibilities

Engaging with Large Case Implementation Manager in a pre-meeting to go over all submission documents and relevant information about the client.
Engage in Customer/Vendor meetings with the support of the implementation manager, client and/or broker to review, resolve any concerns and/or open questions during ongoing file transfer testing.
Maintain current tracking of all assigned clients and statuses for reporting purposes (these reports will be provided to senior management).
Follow up with [Implementation Manager / Broker / Client] on the submission of files in a timely manner and manage expectation should files be delayed.
Meet with and work closely with internal IT business partners and business units on converted files to ensure accuracy in conversion.
Proactively advise implementation / account management / operations of any outstanding issues or questions that may arise and work directly with them to resolve and provide an action plan.
Coordinate questions and “kick outs” with the implementation team, account mgt., Operations and IT Mgt. to be resolved.
Support, maintain and audit final numbers for the full migration – these numbers will be used to support business and billing.
Support the development, maintenance and up keep of SOPs regarding different vendor migrations, including metrics and common concerns.
Utilize a problem solving approach.
Maintain and strengthen internal and external business partner relationships.
Support any required actions requested by their Manager/Team Leaders.
