Job summary

Jobtailor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Leave of Absence Implementation Coordinator to support aLEAVEiate, Middle Market, and Large Case activities, ensuring accurate data transfers and timely submissions.

You will review documents with the Large Case Implementation Manager, participate in client and vendor meetings, track client statuses, and collaborate with IT and operations to verify data accuracy and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equitable years of experience.
• 2+ years of Leave of Absence experience in claims management or data migration.
• Strong problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Review submission documents and relevant client information with the Large Case Implementation Manager.
• Participate in customer and vendor meetings to review and resolve concerns during file-transfer testing.
• Track assigned clients and statuses for reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate questions and data-transfer “kick outs” with multiple teams.
• Develop action plans and communicate outstanding issues to stakeholders.
• Support, maintain, and audit final migration numbers used for business and billing.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for vendor migrations, including metrics.
