Job summary

rsli seeks an Implementation Electronic Interface Specialist to support large case migrations, data transfers, and on-boarding activities for a broad client base in the United States. The role coordinates with client teams, brokers, and internal IT partners to ensure accurate data transfer and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will serve as SME between internal and external teams, drive SOPs, monitor migration milestones, and uphold data quality across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equitable years of experience.
• 2+ years of Leave of Absence experience in claims management or data migration.
• Strong problem solving skills: identify, consult, create a plan and solution.
• Strong project management skills and coordination with IT, Operations, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Large Case Implementation Manager to review client documents and information.
• Participate in customer/vendor meetings to review and resolve concerns during file transfer testing.
• Maintain current tracking of all assigned clients and statuses for reporting to senior management.
• Follow up on file submissions and manage expectations when delays occur.
• Collaborate with internal IT partners on converted files to ensure conversion accuracy.
• Advise implementation/account management/operations on issues and provide action plans.
• Coordinate questions with the team to be resolved by IT and operations.
• Support, maintain and audit final migration numbers for business and billing.
• Develop, maintain and update SOPs for different vendor migrations with metrics.
• Strengthen internal and external partner relationships and drive accountability.
• Support actions requested by Manager/Team Leaders.
