FMX is seeking a Customer Data Specialist to join its Customer Success team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will manage end-to-end data migrations from various sources, transforming data to FMX’s schema using Excel, Power Query, AI, and related tools, while supporting customers during implementation.

You will attend customer meetings, help define data requirements, and lead technical trainings on FMX’s product.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, time management and organizational traits.
• Interest in learning data transformation technologies with AI fluency.
• Creative use of automation tools for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to manage many projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable hosting customer-facing meetings.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Act as a data migration subject matter expert on the Customer Success team.
• Complete end-to-end data migrations from multiple sources using Excel, Power Query, AI and other tools.
• Be the go-to source for customer data questions during implementation.
• Understand and prioritize customer data needs.
• Attend customer-facing meetings to ensure data requirements are met.
• Lead trainings on FMX’s core product for customers.
