Job summary

FMX, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Customer Data Specialist to manage end-to-end data migrations for FMX customers. You will extract source data, transform it to FMX's target schema using Excel, Power Query, AI and other tools, and support customers during implementation.

You will join a fast-paced, remote-first team that values initiative, precise data work, and continuous improvement. Expect 70% migrations, 20% customer meetings, 10% product trainings, with opportunities to apply AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, time management, and organizational traits.
• An openness to learning new skills in data transformation technologies, including a high level of AI fluency.
• Creativity in using intelligent automation tools to complete repetitive tasks.
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable hosting customer-facing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as a data migration subject matter expert on the Customer Success team.
• Complete end-to-end data migrations for FMX customers using Excel, Power Query, AI and other tools.
• Be the go-to source for a customer's data questions during implementation.
• Understand customer data needs and prioritize them accordingly.
• Attend customer-facing meetings to ensure data requirements are met.
• Lead technical module-based trainings for customers.
• Adhere to project priority procedures and deadlines.
• Maintain and increase client satisfaction through professional service.
• Work cross-functionally with Success, Implementation, and Retention teams.
• Seek continuous process improvements using emerging technologies.
