My3tech seeks a Data Mart Technical Lead (W2) to drive the design, development, and implementation of a modern Data Mart for a Medicaid modernization initiative. This remote, long-term contract role requires deep SQL expertise and hands-on ETL/ELT leadership to migrate legacy data and ensure data quality.

You will collaborate with state IT, business analysts, Medicaid SMEs, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions, optimize performance, and transfer knowledge to the team.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, or enterprise data integration.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex data solutions.
• Experience migrating legacy data into modern data platforms and coordinating data migration plans.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and development of the Data Mart architecture, data models, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Define source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and data migration strategies.
• Oversee data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines for performance.
• Establish data quality controls, error handling, monitoring, and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with state IT, business analysts, Medicaid SMEs, and development teams.
• Review designs and code, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Lead root-cause analysis of data discrepancies and production issues.
