- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and SSRS reporting solutions.
- Lead data migration and conversion activities from legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Design and implement data integration processes, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Optimize SQL queries, SSIS package execution, and overall ETL performance.
- Develop and support data models, relational database structures, data marts, and data dictionaries.

- Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, production support, and documentation.
- Provide technical ownership, troubleshoot complex issues, and support knowledge transfer for ongoing application maintenance.

- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on SQL development, ETL, and data integration experience.
- 5+ years of Tableau experience, including developing complex reports and dashboards.
- 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries, including performance tuning and optimization.
- 5+ years of experience with T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, or Talend.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining stored procedures, triggers, and database objects.

- Experience with SACWIS, child welfare systems, or government modernization projects.
- Experience working with system integrators and supporting knowledge transfer.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise data integration.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a hands-on technical lead, not just a developer with a senior title. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong SQL/ETL development expertise, independent technical ownership, experience leading complex data integration initiatives, and the ability to deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
