ESG Consulting is seeking an experienced Lead SQL/ETL Developer (SSIS, SSRS & Tableau) to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and modernization initiatives. The role emphasizes technical leadership across SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau, with exposure to SACWIS modernization projects and collaboration with stakeholders.

Formación

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with hands-on SQL development, ETL and data integration.
• 5+ years of Tableau experience building complex reports and dashboards.
• 5+ years writing complex SQL queries with performance tuning.
• 5+ years experience with T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS or Talend in data integration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, implementation and maintenance of SQL Server databases and ETL solutions.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and T-SQL scripts.
• Design, deploy and troubleshoot SSIS packages for ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports and SSRS solutions.
• Lead data migration and conversion activities from legacy systems.
• Define data integration processes including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and error handling.
• Optimize ETL performance and SSIS package execution.
• Develop data models, relational schemas, data marts and data dictionaries.
