Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data systems for Rural Health Transformation Program activities.
• Develop data collection, validation, cleaning, and QA processes across participating organizations.
• Coordinate data acquisition and integration from healthcare systems, community organizations, public health agencies, state partners, and vendors.
• Establish data dictionaries, metadata standards, data governance, and documentation.
