Job summary

Florida State University’s Rural Health Transformation Program seeks a Data Manager for the Northwest Region. This remote, full-time role supports data systems, governance, and reporting to drive program outcomes.

You will integrate data from healthcare partners, develop QA processes, and create dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports for leadership and funders. Travel within Florida may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience.
• High school diploma/equivalent with six years of related experience.
• Post-secondary education can substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.

Responsibilities

• Manage data systems for Rural Health Transformation Program.
• Develop data collection, validation, QA processes.
• Coordinate data from healthcare systems, partners, and vendors.
• Establish data dictionaries, governance, and documentation.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports and dashboards.
