Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a remote-based Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II to provide technical leadership across global data management activities, ensuring timely, quality deliverables and acting as the primary DM contact for assigned studies.

You will manage study data delivery timelines (Go-Live, interim deliveries, final database lock), mentor junior data managers, and collaborate with Clinical, Biostatistics, Programming, Medical, and other stakeholders across regions to meet

Qualifications

• 6+ years in clinical data management.
• Experience leading project and program teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and CDISC standards.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage study data delivery timelines (Go-Live, Interim Deliveries, Final Database Lock).
• Collaborate with Clinical, Biostatistics, Database Programming, Medical, Medical Writing and other cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
• Coordinate integration of ancillary systems as appropriate.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Review study metrics to identify trends and summarize health of studies.
• Review master service and contract metrics to manage sponsor KPIs.
• Attend cross-functional meetings; prepare agendas, minutes and action logs.
