Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in data, analytics, or technology roles.
• 5–7 years of data and analytics leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Clinical Trials or Clinical Research industry.
• Deep understanding of clinical systems and clinical trial lifecycles.
• Strong communication and execution skills with demonstrated ability to drive results in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align data products across business domains with clear accountability.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders and data delivery teams.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and demand management of data initiatives.
• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across Data Ingestion, Data Engineering, and Data Distribution.
• Establish governance structures and reporting to track portfolio health and delivery metrics.
• Lead the Data Product Coordination function with standardized operating models and performance discipline.
• Build and develop a team of Data Product Coordinators aligned to clinical, corporate, and commercial domains.
