Ideal candidates have 4+ years in data protection and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Defender, Netskope, or Zscaler, with strong analytical and communication skills. Remote work is supported with a hybrid option in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or IT.
• 4+ years in data protection, investigations, incident response, or law enforcement.
• Hands-on experience with DLP and information protection tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DLP alerts to identify data loss incidents and policy violations.
• Investigate and respond to DLP incidents per security policies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Profile data movement patterns to enhance protection controls.
• Develop and fine-tune DLP policies to minimize false positives.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate controls into workflows.
