Job summary

Lakeview Loan Servicing is seeking a DLP Analyst to monitor, analyze, and respond to data loss incidents, protecting sensitive company and customer information. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and strong security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in data protection, investigations, incident response, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Netskope, or Zscaler.
• Familiarity with Varonis, Splunk, or Microsoft Sentinel is a plus.
• Experience with regex-based pattern matching, exact data matching, and document indexing.
• Knowledge of data protection laws, compliance frameworks, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze DLP alerts to identify data loss incidents and policy violations.
• Investigate, escalate, and respond to DLP incidents per security policies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Profile data movement and classification patterns to enhance controls.
• Develop and fine-tune DLP policies and rules to prevent data access and reduce false positives.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data protection into workflows.
• Educate employees on data security and compliance.
