Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, Database Engineering, or Enterprise Data Warehousing.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and enterprise data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with star/snowflake schemas, fact and dimension modeling.
• Advanced SQL development and performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and validation.
• Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise data architectures for analytics, reporting, and AI solutions.
• Design and implement star and snowflake schemas and enterprise-scale data models.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud and on‑prem technologies.
• Develop advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.
• Perform SQL and database performance tuning and optimization.
• Lead data discovery workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and maintain source-to-target mappings.
• Establish and implement data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Manage integrations across ERP, CRM, and operational platforms.
• Design and support API-based data integrations and enterprise data flows.
