Job summary

Mind Ware Inc. is seeking a Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer to define target architectures and lead hands-on delivery of enterprise data platforms, integration frameworks, and governance.

You will collaborate with clients, AI engineers, product teams, and delivery leaders to establish standards and scalable data foundations. You will mentor engineers, design semantic data models, and enable AI-ready data products while advancing metadata, security, and compliance across complex data

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in data architecture and/or data engineering.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data lifecycle.
• Deep data modeling expertise.
• Experience with ETL, ELT, CDC, APIs, and streaming.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise data architectures.
• Define current, transition, and target-state architectures.
• Design modern data platforms (warehouses, lakes, lakehouses, mesh, fabric).
• Build scalable ingestion, integration, transformation, orchestration, and activation pipelines.
• Define ETL/ELT, API, CDC, and streaming integration patterns.
• Design governed data products and data contracts.
• Develop conceptual, logical, physical, canonical, and semantic data models.
• Build semantic layers, knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, and vector stores.
• Establish metadata, lineage, governance, observability, security, and compliance.
• Support analytics, ML, GenAI, and intelligent-agent initiatives.
• Create reference architectures and engineering standards.
• Conduct architecture reviews and optimization.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and contribute hands-on to delivery.
