Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deploy and scale AI-powered workflows for enterprise customers. You will work directly with clients to translate business problems into secure, production‑ready AI solutions, integrating Agent Packs and accelerators within ServiceNow and broader ecosystems.

This role blends full‑stack engineering with responsible AI delivery. You'll partner with consultants, product teams, and customer stakeholders to design robust architectures,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, systems integration or related delivery roles.
• Strong full‑stack foundation with APIs, microservices and enterprise integrations.
• Experience building or supporting AI/LLM powered applications and automations.
• Hands-on integration of APIs and enterprise data platforms in production.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python; cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
• Understanding of responsible AI concepts, security and compliance in deployments.
• Experience in customer‑facing engineering, consulting or delivery roles.
• Excellent problem‑solving and clear technical communication; travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, and automations in ServiceNow and enterprise ecosystems.
• Translate customer requirements into architectures, plans and production‑ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs, accelerators, and workflow solutions into clients’ environments.
• Tailor AI solutions to customers’ operating models, data sources, security and user needs.
• Support workshops, discovery sessions, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Communicate AI capabilities, limitations and adoption considerations to stakeholders.
