Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Data Integration Lead to join the IT Data & Analytics team, responsible for implementing and supporting data integrations that power our enterprise applications and Analytics platforms.

You will ensure timely, high-quality data solution configuration and integration while partnering with vendors, stakeholders, and engineering to enable seamless data exchange.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or data engineering, preferably in a manufacturing IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with Mulesoft, SFTP/FTP, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and ETL tools/processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and delivery of complex data integrations while ensuring data security and compliance.
• Implement APIs, event-driven integrations, and batch processes to support business needs.
• Serve as SME on data integration for internal stakeholders and projects.
• Manage and optimize ETL/ELT processes ensuring high data quality and availability.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, best practices, and process improvements.
• Act as Enterprise Architect and maintain critical documentation for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot complex data integration issues and provide proactive stakeholder updates.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
