Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus and may count toward experience.
• Experience with data integration, inventory analysis, and implementation tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and reconcile large schedules, site, inventory, and procurement data from multiple sources.
• Build repeatable data workflows with pivots, joins, refreshes, and validation checks.
• Map site installation records to scheduling system IDs and validate links.
• Analyze inventory, procurement, and deployment needs to identify gaps.
• Audit data for duplicates, missing records, and inconsistent identifiers.
• Prepare and validate schedule updates; analyze milestones and risks.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations; communicate progress and risks.
• Document data sources, mappings, assumptions, and validation methods.
• Coordinate with schedulers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to time-sensitive requests while maintaining recurring data processes.
