Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced Data & Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise data integrations and pipelines. You will work across CRM, ERP, and HR systems, delivering API-led solutions and robust data models to support operations, reconciliation, and reporting.

You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements through production, mentor peers, and promote reusable engineering patterns while aligning with security and ITGC practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience delivering enterprise integrations and data pipelines.
• Experience building API-led integrations with authentication, retries, and idempotency.
• Proficiency in data transformation programming and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate integrations across CRM, ERP, and HR systems with MuleSoft and APIs.
• Develop batch and incremental data pipelines into Snowflake with SQL and Python transformations.
• Model data to support operations, reconciliation, and reporting in collaboration with Data Eng.
• Translate requirements with stakeholders into technical designs, plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure reliability with testing, monitoring, and data quality checks; enable secure IT controls.
• Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and establish reusable components and patterns.
