Job summary

Figma is looking for a Data & Integration Engineer to connect applications and data across our business operations. You will own end-to-end delivery of enterprise integrations and data pipelines, collaborating with Finance, GTM, People, and Engineering to ensure data accuracy and usable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience delivering enterprise integrations and data pipelines.
• Strong experience building and supporting API-led integrations with API design, authentication, retries and idempotency.
• Hands-on proficiency in query languages and programming for data transformation and automation.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse, data modeling and incremental processing.
• Proven track record owning projects from requirements through production, with testing, monitoring, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate integrations across CRM, ERP, and HR systems using MuleSoft, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop batch and incremental data pipelines into Snowflake with SQL and Python transformations and validations.
• Create data models and datasets to support operations, reconciliation, and reporting, in collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, delivery plans, and measurable acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Maintain reliable order-to-revenue workflows with clear ownership and robust recovery from failures.
• Implement automated testing, monitoring, alerting, and data quality checks to improve reliability.
• Apply security and SOX/ITGC-aligned development practices, including access controls, CI/CD, and change management.
• Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and establish reusable components and documentation.
