Job summary

Figma is seeking a Data & Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade integrations and data pipelines. You will collaborate with Finance, GTM, People, and Engineering to move business processes forward and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience delivering enterprise integrations and data pipelines.
• Experience building API-led integrations with API design, authentication, async processing, retries, and idempotency.
• Proficiency in query languages and programming for data transformation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate integrations across CRM, ERP, and HR systems using MuleSoft, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Build and maintain batch and incremental data pipelines into Snowflake using SQL and Python.
• Develop data models and datasets supporting operations, reconciliation, and reporting.
