The Community Engagement VISTA at CVCAA will build and manage stakeholder engagement, partnerships, outreach, and communication systems to connect low-income households in Concho Valley with housing, disaster recovery, and essential resources. You will prepare marketing and template materials for future events, and develop communications that reduce barriers to access.

This role emphasizes in-person service delivery, collaboration with community partners, and ongoing evaluation of outreach

Competenze

• Experience in community outreach or public engagement.
• Ability to craft clear communications and materials.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities for diverse audiences.

The Community Engagement VISTA will develop stakeholder-engagement, partnership, outreach, and communication systems that increase awareness of and connections to housing, disaster-recovery, and other essential resources for low-income households in Concho Valley. Prepare marketing materials, including promotional and online, for each community engagement opportunity or event, including development of template materials that can be used in the future. Evaluate current outreach systems and improve systems for outreach to key stakeholders and document interest and feedback on projects. Create communication materials, including templates and toolkits, to increase awareness of available services and reduce barriers to access. This position is expected to serve fully in-person.
