Job summary

Merkle in the United States is seeking a Data Growth / Solutions Architect to drive growth for a diverse portfolio of global clients, reporting to the Head of Tech Advisory Services. You will shape data transformation programs, guide on platforms, tooling, and AI, and lead multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders, manage high-visibility programs, and deliver future-ready architectures while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience in data, cloud, analytics and AI.
• Experience managing programs exceeding $3M in total investment.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and global brands.
• Experience presenting to executives.
• Experience overseeing and delivering large Data/AI transformation programs.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
• Familiarity with marketing technology stack including CRM systems, marketing automation, data management and eCommerce tools.
• Experience managing large, diverse teams in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans based on client data, technology and AI ambitions.
• Lead cross-functional planning sessions to ensure integrated program delivery.
• Be the primary client contact, building trust across multiple markets.
• Foster collaboration between teams and external partners.
• Oversee program execution, ensuring quality and deadlines across workstreams.
• Manage budgets from $3M+ including forecasting, tracking and optimization.
