You will enter data from various documents, perform quality checks, protect confidential information, and support operations by generating basic summaries for teams and management. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and high typing speed are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in admin, business, info management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, verify, and maintain data in databases and digital platforms.
• Review source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and correct errors, duplicates, missing information, and discrepancies.
• Perform regular data quality checks and validation procedures.
• Organize, categorize, and maintain electronic records for easy retrieval.
• Transfer information from forms, reports, invoices, and other documents into designated systems.
• Maintain accurate records for customers, suppliers, employees, inventory, or operations.
• Generate basic data summaries and reports for internal teams and management.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve data-related issues.
• Follow established procedures for data entry, document management, and quality control.
• Protect confidential information and comply with data protection policies.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve data entry workflows and record-keeping processes.
• Maintain backups and organize files according to company procedures.
