Job summary

Thinkgrid Labs is expanding its data practice and building a modern data platform for a US health insurer, using Microsoft Fabric as the primary platform. You will design, build, and operate reliable data pipelines, lakehouse and warehouse models, and validation checks.

Hands-on Fabric experience is strongly preferred, with Databricks or equivalent cloud data platform expertise encouraged. You will work remotely with a global client base, collaborating with platform architects, security,

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data modeling for complex relational databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or comparable platforms.
• Python and Spark for data processing and validation.
• Ability to build and operate ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build Data Pipelines across sources using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions with OneLake and Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse.
• Transform and model data into analytics-ready datasets.
• Manage incremental data, CDC, and schema evolution.
• Orchestrate resilient workflows with Fabric Data Factory and notebooks.
• Ensure data quality, logging, monitoring, and lineage.
