Sezzle is seeking a Data Engineer II to own data pipelines, transformations, and reporting that furnish customer data to credit bureaus. You will debug SQL and Python workflows, partner with Customer Service and Compliance, and ensure accurate and timely reporting across systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data engineering, advanced SQL, strong Python, and experience with dbt, Redshift, PostgreSQL, AWS. This is a full-time remote role with national scope.

• 3+ years of data engineering or software engineering with production data pipelines.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex joins and data profiling.
• Strong Python skills for debugging and fixes.
• Experience with version control, automated testing, and deployment.
• Able to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
