Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4+ years experience.
• Strong SQL, data warehousing, and ETL development experience.
• Experience with cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS).
• Experience with healthcare data standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data solutions for BI and analytics.
• Maintain and optimize SQL/ETL processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners in Agile sprints.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions.
