Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Data Engineer in Cleveland (remote) to support Pharmacy Benefit Management clients by building scalable data solutions for analytics and BI while complying with healthcare data standards.

You will work in an Agile environment, enhancing ETL processes, supporting database performance, and contributing technical expertise across new development and complex enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical field, or 4+ years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile development activities and Scrum ceremonies.
• Design, develop, and deliver data solutions aligned to requirements and schedules.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to evaluate systems and inform future development.
• Test, debug, and implement enhancements to code, processes, and reports.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning and indexing.
• Create technical specifications from requirements and designs.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge on best practices.
