GRAND Mental Health is seeking a Data Engineer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our electronic medical system, software applications, and databases. You will work closely with clinicians and leadership to deliver accurate data and actionable insights that support high-quality care.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects, managing resources, and implementing analytics tooling (Power BI, MS SQL) within the EHR environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Information Management, Computer or Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in clinical discipline, Computer or Data Science, or Healthcare field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in information systems/EHR/data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI and MS SQL.
• Experience in healthcare settings (Medical/Behavioral Health/ Rehabilitation) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and allocate resources for IT projects and service desk requests.
• Coordinate with management on concerns about EHR, HIPAA, and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations to define project goals and scope.
• Lead coordination with Data Analysts on agency-wide system activities.
• Implement tools and processes assisting clinicians with data management.
• Oversee system customization, alerts, data integration and workflow adherence.
• Interpret and design clinical data and information systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians to improve EHR functionality and future apps.
