Job summary

GRAND Mental Health is seeking a Data Analyst I to create and revise visual data representations and extracts for leadership and clinicians. You will leverage MSSQL/T-SQL, Power BI, SSRS and Crystal reporting to enable informed decision making and transparent operations across fiscal and clinical workflows.

The role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration, and user-friendly documentation, with remote work preference and occasional onsite Tulsa requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in Information Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in information systems/EHR/data analysis preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in a clinical setting such as Medical, Behavioral Health, or Rehabilitation field preferred.
• Experience with database use and knowledge of MS-SQL, Access, etc.
• Knowledge of HL7 and Java/JavaScript desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into visual representations and extractions for leadership and providers.
• Develop reports and visualizations using Power BI, SSRS, Crystal reporting and MSSQL/T-SQL.
• Ensure data integrity and assist in data security and problem resolution.
• Provide customer support for interface and application issues.
• Break down complex tasks into easy to follow, user-friendly guides for end users.
