Job summary

Gosnaphop is seeking a remote Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data platforms in the cloud. You will work with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services to build pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, and semantic models while ensuring governance and security.

Responsibilities include developing robust ETL/ELT processes, collaborating with analytics and product teams, and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.

Qualifications

Remote Data Engineer

Compensation: $59-61 / HR

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Requirements:

• Microsoft Fabric: Data Factory, Pipelines, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebooks, Dataflows Gen2, and semantic models.
• Azure: Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Key Vault, Functions, and messaging services.
• Advanced SQL/T-SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and APIs.
• Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, logging, and production support.
• Data governance, quality, lineage, metadata management, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data warehousing, including cloud delivery.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and collaborating across technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700) or equivalent Azure certification.
• Experience with insurance or financial services data, legacy ETL modernization.
