Job summary

GDH is seeking a Data Center Implementation Engineer to design, deploy, and manage threat detection and mitigation solutions. The role emphasizes seamless integration with security infrastructure and collaboration across teams to meet business goals.

You will guide lifecycle refreshes, document assets, and mentor teammates while staying abreast of evolving threats. The position supports a fully remote work model with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with threat solutions design, engineering and deployment.
• Proven deployment/operation experience with SkyHigh, F5 SSLO, and Trellix FireEye.
• Strong network knowledge, especially DMZ, and Cisco routing/switching (preferred).
• Ability to translate complex requirements into threat mitigation strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and documentation skills; readiness for night/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deploy threat management hardware/software systems.
• Manage lifecycle refreshes to mitigate end-of-life risks.
• Coordinate with engineering/architecture to meet business requirements and schedules.
• Maintain asset/inventory documentation in tracking systems.
• Collaborate to adopt new technologies and process improvements.
• Support troubleshooting and architecture design for optimized threat solutions.
• Stay current on evolving threat landscapes and best practices.
