Job summary

Zoom is hiring for a Data Center Operations role focused on hands-on infrastructure and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll troubleshoot, support network and sysadmin teams, and participate in audits and hardware maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience or certificate/degree program.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiar with JIRA ticketing system and service desk workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and carrying out tasks through JIRA ticketing system and diagnostic methods.
• Support Network Engineering, SysAdmin, and PM teams in data center work.
• Manage hardware assets, audits, and repair servers and components.
• Coordinate cross-connect orders, validate LOA/CFA, and provide onsite support.
• Provide on-location support for special projects and report status, utilization, downtime, and cost.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and perform server diagnostics.
• Ensure data center environment safety and adherence to procedures.
