Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking an experienced Data Center Integrated Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for North America data center campus deployments. You will coordinate across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires CPM scheduling expertise and strong reporting, with 5–10 years of large-scale scheduling experience and proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–10 years scheduling large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; knowledge of CPM and reading construction documents.
• Strong ability to analyze schedule data and communicate findings clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Track progress, analyze variances, and report to stakeholders with critical path highlights.
• Identify schedule risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors on timelines and dependencies.
• Support development of scheduling standards, templates, and best practices.
• Monitor progress against baselines and generate regular stakeholder reports.
• Apply CPM to identify task dependencies and critical sequences.
