Trane Technologies is seeking a Data Center Project Manager for a remote-first role with about 80% remote work and 20% on-site at active data centers. You will lead data center projects from startup through commissioning, focusing on thermal execution and chilled water systems, with collaboration across design, construction, and client services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years as a Project Manager, with 5+ years in Data Centers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with data center infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience in thermal execution and chilled water systems, and in integrated system testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage data center projects from startup to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and manage changes.
• Oversee testing and commissioning, with focus on thermal systems.
• Mentor technicians on-site and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with clients to ensure requirements, quality, and satisfaction.
