Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to deliver construction projects for the Data Center business. You will lead an inter-disciplinary team, develop budgets, and ensure safe, on-time project delivery with 99.999% uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering construction projects in corporate real estate or military settings.
• Experience with critical infrastructure design, operation, or construction.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary project team and run design/construction meetings with external professionals, internal staff, and clients.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules and capital budgets; drive procurement strategies and manage bids, changes, and payments.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of complex mechanical, electrical, and IT systems; develop SOPs and MOPs.
• Audit installed components to verify vendor scope, validate designs, and ensure compliance with codes and NFPA standards.
