Job summary

CPG is seeking an MEP Manager to lead commissioning of data center mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment. You will review client design packages, monitor FAT/First of Kind tests, and develop O&M documentation to support data center operations.

You will manage multidisciplinary projects, ensure QA/QC, develop SOPs/MOPs, prepare test procedures and reports, coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams, travel up to 70% as project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Progressive experience in construction, commissioning or mission-critical environments with responsibility for MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and commissioning assignments for large facility projects.
• Adhere to QA/QC processes throughout commissioning activities.
• Develop SOPs/MOPs and maintain commissioning documentation.
• Prepare test procedures and reports; maintain logs and checklists.
• Review design criteria, drawings and equipment submittals for commissioning.
• Perform integrated system testing and load bank testing.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Travel up to 70% to job locations.
