Job summary

CPG is seeking an MEP Manager, Cx to lead commissioning of data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will review client design packages, monitor FAT and First of Kind tests, and develop O&M documentation for electrical equipment.

The role requires extensive field testing and experience with power equipment and testing tools. The position involves traveling up to 70% to job locations and collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in the engineering field.
• Avoids minor details; highlights seniority.
• Experience with data center commissioning and mission-critical environments.
• Electrical equipment testing experience in a critical facilities environment.
• Procore and project management software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, plans, specifications, and execute commissioning assignments for large facilities.
• Adhere to quality management/QC processes during commissioning.
• Prepare commissioning test procedures and reports, logs, and checklists.
• Develop comprehensive reports with optimization recommendations for building operations.
• Review design criteria, drawings, submittals, and documentation for commissioning.
