Job summary

CGP Data Center and Cloud Solutions is seeking an experienced MEP Manager, Mechanical in Fredericksburg, VA. The role leads commissioning of data center systems, reviews designs, and ensures testing and operational efficiency across large facilities.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in electrical distribution, UPS, and building automation, with a willingness to travel up to 100% and a background in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10 years’ experience in the Engineering Field.
• Experience with data center/mission critical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning of data center critical systems and develop O&M documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and vendors throughout projects.
• Prepare procedures, reports and logs; ensure QC processes are followed.
