Job summary

CPG is seeking a MEP Manager, Mechanical to lead commissioning of data center critical systems in Ashburn, VA. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, review design packages, and develop O&M documentation to ensure peak data center efficiency.

The role involves performing system testing, preparing test procedures, reports, and logs, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors. Extensive travel (up to 75%) is required; U.S. citizenship is expected.

Qualifications

• Lead multidisciplinary commissioning for large facility projects.
• Adhere to quality management/QC processes and procedures.
• Prepare test procedures, reports, logs and checklists.
• Interface with clients, vendors and owners’ agents; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, plans, specifications and assignments in engineering commissioning.
• Develop SOPs/MOPs and comprehensive commissioning documentation.
• Write comprehensive reports with optimization recommendations for building operations.
