Job summary

CPG is seeking an MEP Manager to lead and execute commissioning of data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role requires reviewing client designs, monitoring FAT/First of Kind tests, and developing O&M documentation to support reliable data center operation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with power distribution, UPS, generators, and system testing, plus readiness to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Progressive experience in construction, commissioning, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, plans, provide specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering commissioning role for large facility projects.
• Adhere to a thorough quality management/QC process and procedures throughout commissioning activities.
• Prepare commissioning test procedures and reports; develop and maintain logs and checklists.
