Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within data center markets. You will assist in change requests, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

You will read drawings, prepare reports, and help drive projects to successful completion while maintaining company standards and addressing project issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in PM/CM/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of direct project management experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage expectations and execution of subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track project expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend coordination meetings as requested.
• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts, interferences, and omissions.
• Monitor field/contract work for compliance with standards and codes.
• Oversee submittal and RFI processes.
• Support early billing and project closure activities.
