Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within data centers and heavy industrial sectors. This role is onsite at client projects with overtime eligibility and per diem.

You will oversee change requests, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and coordination with clients and subcontractors, reading drawings, and ensuring project objectives are met through strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct project management experience in construction.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to meet deadlines.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating software and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage expectations and subcontractor execution.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Participate in coordination meetings with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare change requests to resolve design issues.
• Suggest solutions for design document problems and conflicts.
• Monitor field or contract work for compliance with standards.
• Manage submittals and RFIs.
• Support billing and early completion tracking.
