Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for large data centers, guiding projects from concept through completion. You will oversee technical direction, manage delivery, and ensure safe, reliable systems that meet strict codes.

This fully remote role is built for an experienced professional with PE license, NEC proficiency, and hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD. Travel to Arlington, VA projects as needed and collaboration across disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience focused on data-center design.
• Experience leading multi-discipline electrical design projects.
• Proficient with NEC and applicable standards.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD in electrical workflows.
• PE license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for large data centers from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams.
• Ensure QA/QC and deliverables alignment with codes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and RFIs.
