Nebius is seeking a Data Center Design Lead to partner with infrastructure, hardware, and operations teams to deliver scalable data center designs for rapid deployment. You will oversee internal engineers and external partners, ensuring all designs meet Nebius standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience designing data centers.
• Direct experience with electrical, mechanical, and architectural DC design.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for new data center builds and expansions.
• Translate requirements into facility design specs (power, cooling, network).
• Define density, reliability, and efficiency targets and oversee MEP teams.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to deliver detailed designs.
• Ensure compliance with standards (Uptime Institute Tier guidelines, codes).
• Develop documentation and as-built standards for operations handover.
• Benchmark efficiency and drive continuous improvement across sites.
