Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Data Center Design Lead to drive end-to-end data center builds remotely in the US. You will oversee internal and external engineers, translate workloads into facility designs, and ensure density, reliability, and scalable deployments.

Lead the design process, coordinate with MEP teams, and ensure compliance with global standards while driving continuous improvement and documentation handovers to operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience designing data centers.
• Leadership experience managing technical design teams.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and architectural DC design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process for new data center builds and expansions.
• Translate requirements into facility design specifications (power, cooling, network, floor space).
• Ensure designs meet density, reliability, and efficiency goals and comply with standards.
